Overview
Title: Senior Data Analyst
Reporting to: Senior Director, Product Development
Location: Bengaluru (Bangalore)
Opportunity:
Get Well is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team, to deliver actionable insights by analyzing the impact of our products across multiple client organizations. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, coupled with experience in evaluating product performance in diverse client environments.
The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, client success teams, and data engineers, to assess product effectiveness, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance client outcomes. This position will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Impact Assessment
Mentor junior data analysts, providing guidance on analytical techniques, tool usage, and client communication.Lead cross-functional projects to align data analysis efforts with product development and client success initiatives.Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions within the analytics team to promote best practices and innovative approaches.Collaborate with leadership to define the strategic direction of the analytics function, prioritizing high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Impact Assessment
- Design and execute comprehensive analyses to evaluate the impact of our products on client outcomes, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, operational efficiency, and ROI.
- Develop statistical models to quantify product performance, identify causal relationships, and measure success metrics across diverse client use cases.
- Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple clients to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform product improvements and client strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other experimental methods to assess the effectiveness of product features and interventions.
- Create compelling, client-facing data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Apache Superset, Power BI, or Looker to communicate insights effectively.
- Develop standardized and custom reports to present product impact metrics to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their business objectives.
- Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain a repository of reusable visualization templates and reporting frameworks to streamline client deliverables.
- Partner with client success teams to understand client goals, data needs, and success criteria, tailoring analyses to meet specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and metrics that align with their business objectives and product usage scenarios.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to clients, fostering trust and demonstrating the value of our products.
- Provide data-driven insights to support client retention, upselling opportunities, and product adoption strategies.
- Work with data engineers to ensure the availability, accuracy, and consistency of client data.
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure reliable and trustworthy analysis results.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, metrics definitions, and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) when handling client data.
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques, such as predictive modeling, segmentation, and time-series analysis, to uncover deeper insights into product performance.
- Explore opportunities to integrate machine learning or AI-driven analytics to enhance the precision and scalability of impact assessments.
- Stay current with industry trends, analytical tools, and methodologies to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of analyses.
- Contribute to the development of proprietary analytical frameworks or tools to standardize impact assessments across clients.

Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years of experience in a client facing role evaluating product or business impact
- Proven track record of analyzing complex datasets across multiple domains or clients, ideally in a SaaS, healthcare, or technology-driven environment.
- Experience designing and conducting impact assessments, A/B tests, or other experimental analyses to measure product performance.
- Demonstrated ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets from relational databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Apache Superset) to create impactful dashboards and reports.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for statistical analysis, data wrangling, and automation.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes to handle multi-source client data.
- Experience with statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis, hypothesis testing, clustering).
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical client stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients through data-driven storytelling.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to align analytical efforts with client and business objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and analytical rigor.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B technology industries is highly desirable.
- Contributions to data analytics thought leadership, such as blogs, whitepapers, or conference presentations.
