About the Role
SMRP is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-paced and forward-thinking team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our internal data initiatives—turning complex datasets into actionable insights that empower decision-making across departments including product, operations, strategy, and leadership.
We’re looking for someone who not only thrives in working with large volumes of data but also excels at delivering clear narratives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Dive deep into large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify key trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Design and maintain data dashboards and reporting tools to enable real-time decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to scope analysis projects and deliver business-impactful insights.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting layers.
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows, data models, and automated reports using modern analytics tools and best practices.
- Communicate findings effectively through visualizations, presentations, and written summaries.
- Continuously monitor business-critical metrics, offering proactive solutions to support performance improvements.
- Support ad-hoc analytical requests and drive data accessibility for internal teams.
Technical Stack You’ll Work With

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a SaaS, product-driven, or tech-focused environment
- Proficiency in SQL and working with cloud data platforms
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Sisense, Metabase, or Amplitude
- Comfortable working in Python for scripting and data manipulation
- Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration and version control (dbt, Git, AWS Glue)
- Strong ability to synthesize complex data into business-friendly insights
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Passion for solving business problems with data and a proactive attitude toward learning and innovation

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
