Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance.
• Apply statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and advanced analytics to support decision-making.
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data used for analysis.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data requirements and metrics.
  
  

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proactively analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Continuously review problems to determine root causes and prevent future issues.
• Actively ensure the implementation of organizational culture, processes, and standards.
  
  

Job requirements

• We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Databases: SQL is mandatory, and rest would be an added advantage MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Relational databases
• Programming Language: Python is mandatory rest will be an added advantage JavaScript, Golang
• Cloud-based Infrastructure: AWS
