THE ROLE

At Hunger Inc., we believe every data point tells a story, and as our Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be the data whiz behind our campaigns. You’ll be at the center of finance and marketing data for our brands – analyzing trends, building reports, and providing strategic insights to optimize performance – and your insights will shape how we optimize marketing efforts and drive brand growth for Bombay Sweet Shop.

But this role isn’t just about numbers—it’s about understanding our customers, spotting trends, and using data to make smarter business decisions. We need someone who can turn complex insights into clear strategies, and communicate that with technical and non-technical stakeholders with a bias for action.

You’ll work closely with our business leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams across brands to ensure insights power every decision we make. If you love working with data, have a strong analytical mindset, and can turn numbers into impact, this role is for you.

This role is based out of our Head Office in Lalbaug (Parel) and is onsite.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze large financial datasets, customer data, sales to track trends, variances, and cost efficiencies across campaigns.
• Optimize digital and offline marketing strategies by tracking ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Prepare reports, financial models and dashboards for senior leadership, ensuring clear, data-driven insights.
• Optimize financial data systems and ensure accuracy across reporting platforms.
• Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations teams to improve data management processes.
• Identify risks and opportunities by providing data-backed recommendations.
• Identify customer insights, behavior trends, and growth opportunities using data.
  
  

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably with an agency or consulting firm
• You’re highly detail-oriented and can organize and manage large datasets with ease.
• You have a strong grasp of marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and performance tracking.
• You can build dashboards, reports, and predictive models to optimize marketing performance.
• You’re comfortable working with Excel (advanced), SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• You can present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
