Senior Data Analyst to support our transaction pipeline by compiling, cleaning, and preparing internal financial and business datasets for external sharing. While deep business and financial interpretation aren’t required, familiarity with pharmaceutical environment, accounting documents and corporate finance concepts will be highly beneficial. This role offers room to grow, starting with hands-on data work and evolving into process optimization and template development.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Consolidate financial data from multiple sources into unified master files
- Aggregate business and financials data into unified master files
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, gaps, and inconsistencies
- Communicate data issues clearly and promptly to the Project Lead
- Deliver high-quality outputs on time, with minimal supervision
- Proactively seek clarification when project instructions are ambiguous or incomplete. Provide realistic time estimates for tasks to support accurate project planning
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all deliverables
- Collaborate remotely with a globally distributed team. Develop and propose templates and systems to streamline future data compilation and update
- Contribute to M&A process documents, such as teasers and information memorandums
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields is a plus
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query)
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
- Familiarity with accounting files, corporate finance, and general financial terminology
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or financial databases beneficial but not required. Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance in financial transactions
- Strong project management or organizational skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion is essential
