About The Role
We are seeking a for a Data Analyst/ Developer with an experience of minimum 8+ years as a Data analyst with knowledge of Compliance Regulatory reporting and US Filing processes.

We are seeking a for a Data Analyst/ Developer with an experience of minimum 8+ years as a Data analyst with knowledge of Compliance Regulatory reporting and US Filing processes.
Requirements
- Experienced Data Analyst with deep knowledge of Compliance Regulatory Reporting and Filing processes including Large Shareholder Disclosure, 13G, 13F2 SHO, and must mandatorily be an expert in Form PF.
- Mandatory skills: Experience with ETL, SQL, DataStage, Autosys, Snowflake, AWS, Regulatory Reporting vendor Tools such as aka Confluence Signal, Confluence Consensus
- Knowledge of Agile execution/delivery processes/tools including Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint and ServiceNow.
- Skilled in ETL such as DataStage preferrable but fine with others as well.
- Experienced in Data Analysis - Data Cleansing, Data validation, Data Mapping & Solutioning.
- Experienced in SQL -Snowflake, SQL server, Oracle SQL/ PL SQL - Any of these.
- Should be capable of Client facing work on a day-to-day basis.
- Familiarity in Investment Banking/Asset Management/Compliance Regulatory reporting - any of these is mandatory and highly desirable.
