Overview
Gather and document business and data requirements by engaging with stakeholders across business functions.
Analyze SAP source systems (MDG, ECC, S/4HANA) to identify relevant data structures and relationships.
Build self service reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI based on business KPIs.
Validate and profile data in Snowflake and ensure data integrity for reporting use cases.
Translate business questions into analytical solutions that drive decisions and process improvements.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and cross-functional IT teams to support data pipeline and reporting needs.
Create functional documentation, data mappings, and contribute to data governance efforts.
Must Have Skills & Experience
8 to 10 years of experience in Data Analytics and Business Analysis roles.
Strong knowledge of SAP data structures in MDG, ECC, and S/4HANA.
Proficiency in querying and analyzing large datasets in Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI.
Experience working with Power Platform tools Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
Strong skills in requirement gathering, data profiling, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to domains such as Supply Chain, Finance, or Life Sciences is a plus.
Good To Have
Experience in Agile environments and working with remote global teams.
Microsoft certification in Power BI or equivalent.
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or process optimization methodologies.
Exposure to tools like Power Pivot, Power Query, Python/R for data wrangling.
