Role & Responsibilities

🔧 Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS services like S3, Glue, Lambda, and RDS.🛠️ Build robust ETL processes to efficiently ingest, transform, and store data.📊 Manage and optimize relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to support evolving business needs.🔍 Ensure data quality through validation, monitoring, and governance best practices.📄 Automate data workflows and processing using Python, SQL, and Bash.📈 Enable data accessibility and insights via BI tools such as Tableau or Metabasese⚙️ Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions.🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective data solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

✅ Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong background in AWS-based data platforms. ✅ Advanced proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data transformation. ✅ Strong SQL skills and experience with database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). ✅ Hands-on experience with AWS services including Glue, S3, Lambda, and RDS. ✅ Solid grasp of ETL/ELT development and building efficient data pipelines. ✅ Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Metabase for reporting and visualization. ✅ Experience using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. ✅ Commitment to data quality, security, and governance best practices.

Nice To Have

✨ Exposure to ML technologies such as SageMaker. 🌀 Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira and Confluence. 🔁 Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Git version control, and automated testing for data pipelines.
