Job Title: Senior Data Engineer ( Power BI, ADF & MS Fabric)

Experience: 7+ years

Location: Indore / Pune (Hybrid/Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards & reports with advanced DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals.
• Build and optimize end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse).
• Develop and automate ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Fabric Data Pipelines.
• Architect and manage modern data warehousing solutions (Star/Snowflake Schema) using Fabric Warehouse, Azure Synapse, or SQL Server.
• Implement data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization for large-scale datasets.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable Fabric-based analytics solutions.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across BI platforms.
• Mentor junior team members on Fabric, Power BI, and cloud data best practices.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL, Data Warehousing, and ETL/ELT.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, ETL workflows, Delta Lake).
• Proficient in Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestration and data integration.
• Advanced SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, partitioning).
• Experience with data warehousing (dimensional modeling, SCD, fact/dimension tables).
• Knowledge of Power BI Premium/Fabric capacity, deployment pipelines, and DAX patterns.
• Familiarity with Databricks, PySpark, or Python (for advanced analytics) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications (PL-300: Power BI, DP-600: Fabric Analytics Engineer).
• Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD for Fabric/Power BI deployments).
• Domain knowledge in BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing.
