Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a strong background in healthcare AI applications. You'll work on building intelligent, scalable solutions that enhance patient care, streamline systems, and shape the future of healthcare technology.

- LLM Application Development
- Design, develop, and deploy robust LLM-based healthcare applications.
- Ensure seamless integration with healthcare systems and clinical workflows.
- Work with open-source models such as LLaMA 2, Mistral, etc.
- Fine-tune and customize models for domain-specific healthcare use cases.
- Use LangChain, LlamaIndex, and similar frameworks to build intelligent solutions.
- Implement RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) and knowledge-graph strategies as needed.
- Tackle real-world healthcare challenges using cutting-edge NLP and AI techniques.
- Deliver measurable outcomes in patient care and operational Collaboration :
- Partner with engineering, product, and clinical teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Communicate technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical Learning :
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in LLMs and healthcare AI.
- Experiment with new models, methodologies, and tools.
- 8+ years of experience in data science or AI development.
- Proven work with LLMs in healthcare-related projects.
- Hands-on experience with LLaMA 2, Mistral, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, healthcare datasets, and APIs.
- Proficient in Python and experienced with AI/LLM integration pipelines.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Built or contributed to clinical decision support, patient engagement, or medical research tools.
- Experience with MIMIC-III, HL7 FHIR, or other clinical datasets.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
