About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Data Scientist to join our team full-time. This is a senior-level position requiring hands-on expertise in building AI/ML models, data analytics, and deploying data-driven solutions. The role operates during US business hours (India time: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve complex business problems
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making
• Work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to define data science solutions
• Build scalable data pipelines and ML workflows
• Conduct experiments, tune models, and evaluate performance using statistical techniques
• Communicate findings and insights effectively through visualizations and reports
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or AI/ML Engineering
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model tuning, and performance evaluation
• Solid experience with SQL and working with structured/unstructured data
• Understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL and pipeline design
• Experience working on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD practices
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn
• Prior experience working in a US time zone or remote global teams
