Job Title: Senior Data Scientist (5+ Years Experience)
Location: Salem (Hybrid / Remote)
Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities

Work with large and complex data sets to solve challenging business problems using data science techniques.
Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
Interpret and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to track key metrics and present analytical results.
Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles.
Proficient in Python and/or R, with strong SQL skills.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
Solid understanding of statistical modeling, supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, NLP, and deep learning.
Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
