Senior Data Scientist

The ideal candidate's favorite words are learning, data, scale, and agility. You will leverage your strong collaboration skills and ability to extract valuable insights from highly complex data sets to ask the right questions and find the right answers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing
• Design accurate and scalable prediction algorithms
• Collaborate with engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production
• Generate actionable insights for business improvements

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL as a data analyst or similar role.
2. Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and problem solving, and an ability to work independently.
3. Strong background in writing advanced SQL queries (joins, filters, window functions, etc.).
4. Experienced at building Power BI data models and manage relationships between multiple tables.
5. Comfortable using DAX for building complex measures, calculated columns, Parameters etc.
6. Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues when reports or data pipelines break.
7. Effective communication skills to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
8. Experienced in working with large datasets from different sources.
9. Basic knowledge of Python for data wrangling (numpy, pandas).
