Join our growing Data Science team and help shape the future of payments! We're looking for a Data Scientist with deep A/B testing experience and domain knowledge in payments systems to drive high-impact product and business decisions through experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to assess product and feature performance.
• Apply statistical techniques and causal inference methods to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Solve high-impact business problems using structured data analysis, modeling, and experimentation.
• Work with large-scale transactional and behavioral data from payment systems and user flows.
• Define and monitor key product and business metrics, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain data quality and experiment integrity.
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through data storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation.
• Proven expertise in designing and analyzing A/B tests and experimental frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, and proficiency in SQL.
• Deep understanding of payments systems, transaction flows, and user behavior in financial platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business questions into analytical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey data insights to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or internal frameworks.
• Knowledge of fraud detection, payment routing, or fintech risk analytics.
• Exposure to machine learning techniques for personalization or predictive modeling.
• Background in fast-paced tech, product-led, or startup environments.
