Overview
As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll work on high-impact analytics projects that directly influence business decisions in our Wholesale Lending division. You'll also help build the foundation of our Corporate Analytics vertical.

- Builder Health Index using external/internal data.
- GenAI-assisted Document Analysis for faster decisioning.
- Smart Early Warning Systems (EWS) to detect project delays.
- Default Prediction Models using ML and statistical techniques.
- 2-6 years of experience in analytics.
- Hands-on with Python/R, SQL, Excel (SAS is a plus).
- Strong experience in ML algorithms: XGBoost, regression, clustering, etc.
- Exposure to GenAI and LLMs is a big plus.
- Good stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
