Senior Database Engineer - Pl/Sql - Senior Manager - State Street Corporation

We are looking for a strong database engineer worked on experience in Snowflake, Oracle. cloud engineer worked on various cloud migration and implementation at large scale. Have experienced on Azure cloud primarily on the architecture, design and implementation Highly-motivated and thrive in an environment that challenges the status quo Committed to leading and delivering high quality software engineering teams Passionate about cloud and big data technologies Proficient building, deploying and managing highly scalable cloud platforms Have a strong interest in learning and innovating Manage team and interact across teams to ensure best practices are followed

Roles and Responsibilities:

As Senior Database engineer you will Analyse design and develop cloud solutions following the industry and company best practices.

Should be able to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong Analytical skills.

Must have experience in writing complex queries using PL/ SQL.

Knowledge in Azure, Snowflake , AKS is a must.

Understanding the CICD on GIT, HELM and Azure DevOps is an added advantage. Manage your efforts within the agile team and outside agile to ensure tasks are completed successfully by deadlines

Work in complex environment with teams across multiple global locations

Provide advanced technical expertise in designing, estimating, and developing software applications adhering to project schedule.

Retain accountability for the overall delivery

14+ overall experience in the industry Strong background of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms

Taking Ownership, Problem solving, and working Collaboratively are important skills in this role

Should have one of the cloud certifications

Having hands on and design experience AKS is a plus.

10+ years of experience in relational (SQL,Oracle and PL SQL), NoSQL, and data warehouse technologies and in-memory databases

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or closely related subject. 14+ years of experience in application design, development and support of large enterprise Web applications
