We are seeking a Senior DevOps Backend Engineer to join our Solution Implementation team in Services, where you'll drive the evolution of our delivery infrastructure and release automation initiatives. This role combines DevOps engineering with backend development and AI-enhanced automation, focusing on building intelligent release pipelines, automation tools, and APIs for our F‑Secure Total product across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms. You'll contribute to partner solution implementations that serve millions of users worldwide through our extensive service provider network.

We are hiring for this role in Bengaluru, India. We work in a hybrid model, and you can work from home most of the time, but we'd love to see you in the office now and then too.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Design and build CI/CD pipelines for automated multi-platform deployments, implementing end-to-end publishing workflows with monitoring and recovery capabilities
• Automate mobile app deployments for iOS App Store and Google Play, managing certificates, provisioning profiles, and binary distribution to streamline release processes
• Develop and maintain backend tools and APIs including administrative portals, release management dashboards, and integration services for internal stakeholders and partner solutions
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code across AWS and Azure, optimizing for cost-efficiency, scalability, and security
• Implement AI-enhanced automation for release monitoring, anomaly detection, and intelligent deployment decisions to reduce manual intervention
• Optimize release pipelines to achieve one-click publishing workflows supporting monthly release cycles across all platforms
• Troubleshoot complex issues, mentor team members, and drive system reliability through proactive monitoring and DevOps best practices
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Senior-level DevOps experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, and experience managing complex multi-platform release pipelines in production environments
• Programming and backend development: At least 3+ years of backend development experience, preferably with Python, or other programming languages. Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks for REST API development and strong scripting abilities for automation and integration tasks
• Cloud infrastructure expertise: Strong proficiency with AWS and Azure services, Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform), and container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) for enterprise-scale deployments
• Platform deployment knowledge: Experience with Windows deployment technologies, mobile app publishing processes (iOS/Android), and understanding of multi-platform release coordination challenges
• AI and automation mindset: Interest in leveraging AI/ML for automation, monitoring, and process optimization, with ability to work with AI agents and data-driven decision making systems
• Leadership and collaboration: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to mentor junior team members, and strong communication skills for working with global teams and external partners
