Profile Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ML Ops Engineer to join our corporate data science team, part of the CTO’s Office at HID Global. In this role, you’ll be a key bridge between data science and production, responsible for automating, scaling, and monitoring machine learning models and data pipelines. You’ll help turn experiments into robust, secure, and maintainable services deployed across our cloud environments.

As our ML Ops Engineer, you’ll support HID’s success by:
• Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to deploy and scale ML models to production
• Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to deploy and scale ML models to production
- Building and maintaining automated data and model pipelines using modern orchestration frameworks
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows, ensuring traceability, reproducibility, and compliance
- Monitoring model performance, data drift, and system health in production environments
- Managing infrastructure-as-code and cloud services to support scalable ML deployments
- Helping shape the architecture and tooling for ML experimentation and deployment
Roles & Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
Your Experience and Background include:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps, with at least 1+ years in ML Ops
- Proficient with ML lifecycle tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
- Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster)
- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Solid programming skills in Python; familiarity with data and ML libraries
- Experience implementing monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for ML workloads
- Bonus: Familiarity with LLM deployment, vector databases, or real-time inference pipelines
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps, with at least 1+ years in ML Ops.
