Senior DevOps Engineer - Assistant Vice President

IBCB Technology is looking for an experienced DevOps Support personnel at multiple levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the adoption of strategic technical products such as Github Copilot and Github Enterprise, as well as in-house tools such as Lightspeed and Release on Demand.
• Supporting the adoption of best practice enablers such as version control, testing automation and CI/CD by guiding and hand-holding developers.
• Contributes to the continual development of the DORA productivity metrics implementation.
• Participates in local Tech initiatives as directed by the Head of Tech, India.

Skills/Experience:

• Experience in DevOps, software development & delivery and technology adoption
• Proficiency in tools such as Harness, Bitbucket, GitHub, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Experience using GenAI developer-assistance tools like GitHub Copilot, GitHub Copilot Chat, etc.
• Experience with test automation including unit test automation is a plus
• Strong understanding of software delivery best practices and Agile methodologies
• Certifications in DevOps or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a geographically distributed environment.
