Senior DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

Overview

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS Terraform to design, automate, and modernize cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on building scalable, secure AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code and collaborating with distributed engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Build and manage scalable, secure, and highly available AWS environments
• Modernize and migrate existing infrastructure to AWS-native, IaC-driven solutions
• Implement best practices for security, monitoring, performance, and cost optimization
• Work closely with application teams to support containerized and serverless workloads
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Participate in architecture discussions, planning, and delivery
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform
• Good proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Experience with Docker and containerized workloads
• Hands-on experience with AWS ECS (Fargate) or similar container services
• Strong understanding of AWS RDS (Aurora / PostgreSQL / MySQL) including backups and high availability
• Solid knowledge of AWS networking (VPC, subnets, security groups, routing)
• Experience implementing IAM, security policies, and encryption best practices
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with strong communication skills
