Senior DevOps Engineer - Docker/Kubernetes

Salary : 20 - 40 the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to own and scale our infrastructure as we continue to grow rapidly across markets. This role demands strong technical depth in cloud, automation, and CI/CD, combined with a problem-solving mindset to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to build highly available systems, optimize deployment pipelines, and enable faster, more secure product rollouts. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management : Build and manage scalable, secure, and high-availability systems across AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Automation & IaC : Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code CI/CD Ownership : Create, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments.
• Observability : Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
• Reliability & Security : Ensure uptime, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices.
• Collaboration : Partner with developers and cross-functional teams to streamline build and release processes.
• Cost & Performance Optimization : Drive efficiency in cloud usage and system performance.
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education : B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (advanced certifications in cloud/DevOps a plus).

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go).
• Exposure to high-scale distributed systems in consumer-tech or gaming/fintech domains is a strong plus.
