Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking passionate and skilled DevOps Engineers to join our R&D team in co-developing a cutting-edge Cloud iPaaS platform, trusted by Fortune 100 companies for their mission-critical applications.

• Take end-to-end ownership of one or more cloud-native products, including automation for deployment, security, scaling, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Design and implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and architectural components in collaboration with engineering and SRE teams.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support frequent, reliable, and secure deployments.
• Champion security best practices: conduct vulnerability scans, manage secrets, enforce encryption, and implement compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cloud architects and development teams to design supportable, scalable solutions and troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage and upgrade cloud infrastructure and maintain critical open-source frameworks supporting the application stack.
• Author clear, concise documentation and internal knowledge base articles to support onboarding, troubleshooting, and customer enablement.
• Continuously learn and experiment with emerging tools and technologies, demonstrating initiative and minimal need for supervision.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure, along with deep understanding of Linux systems and distributions.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (EKS, AKS) and OpenShift (ROSA, ARO).
• Proficient with Helm, ArgoCD, and Prometheus for application packaging, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform (strong plus).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks such as Chef, Ansible, or similar tools (strong plus).
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage.
• Experience supporting multi-tenant SaaS platforms or cloud-native architectures.

• Familiarity with compliance and security standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams.
