Role Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our AWS cloud infrastructure. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments, high availability, security, and strong CI/CD practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS).
• Design, develop, and maintain highly available and scalable systems.
• Own CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments.
• Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
• Monitor system health, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure robust security practices, access controls, and compliance within the cloud environment.
• Automate deployments, scaling, and incident response workflows.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams to support release cycles.
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis.
  
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.
• 2+ years of strong experience with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, RDS, etc.).
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Solid expertise in Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, networking, and security.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
• Proficiency with Docker and container workflows.
• Familiar with Linux administration, shell scripting, and automation tools.
• Experience in startup environments or early-stage product teams.
