Primary Responsibilities:

• Own DevOps strategy and execution for the Claims AI Landing Zone and Agentic AI Platform
• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines for:
  • Agent code and workflows
  • Platform services and orchestration layers
  • MCP server integrations
• Ensure all Claims AI solutions meet production-grade readiness:
  • High availability, scalability, and disaster recovery
  • Rate limiting, throttling, and back‑pressure controls to protect CPE/CRE/CAE systems
  • Emergency kill switches and rollback strategies
• Lead environment strategy across dev, test, staging, and production
• Define and enforce SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets for AI workflows

• Establish AgentOps standards: deployment, cost monitoring, runtime controls, failure analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering roles
• 4+ years in leading DevOps delivery for large‑scale, distributed systems
