Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who is highly skilled and detail-oriented with a strong background in Azure cloud infrastructure. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about automation, scalability, and driving best practices in CI/CD and cloud deployments. You will be responsible for managing and modernizing medium-sized, multi-tier environments, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring application and infrastructure reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain efficient and secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead infrastructure development and operational support in Azure with high availability and performance.
• Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Implement and enforce Git best practices across development teams.
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, preferably Terraform, to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Establish and follow DevSecOps practices, ensuring security compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using tools like Azure Monitor, Managed Grafana, and other observability tools.
• Implement and support multi-tenancy SaaS architecture and deployment best practices.
• Collaborate with software development teams to align with DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Provide leadership in infrastructure planning, design reviews, and incident management.
• Work with multiple cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, with a focus on Azure DevOps.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in Azure cloud services; experience with AWS is a plus.
• Proficient in Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and maintenance.
• Experience with web servers such as Nginx and Apache.
• Familiarity with the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Grafana).
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and security best practices.
• Proven experience in debugging and troubleshooting infrastructure and applications.
• Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Proficient in performance monitoring and tuning.
• Experience with Azure dashboarding, logging, and monitoring tools (Managed Grafana preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure certifications such as AZ-400 or AZ-104.
• Experience with cloud migration and application modernization.
• Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
