Senior DevOps Engineer (Hybrid)

Overview

Requirements:

• Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production, catching and solving issues before launch.
• Test our system integrity, implemented designs, application developments and other processes related to infrastructure, making improvements as needed
• Automate our operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements.
• Specifying, documenting and developing new product features, and writing automating scripts
• Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes.
• Work with open-source technologies as needed
• Work with CI and CD tools, and source control such as GIT and SVN.
• Must Have experience with AWS & DevOps + Web Security
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Design and maintain our security infrastructure
• Actively look for security vulnerabilities in our application and network, reporting issues and describing possible solutions.
• Providing technical support via helpdesk and telephone. Available 24x7 for client emergencies and crisis management
• Monitoring servers for stability and taking both proactive and reactive measures to correct and prevent issues
• Assisting clients in transferring accounts to our servers
• Ensuring Cloud Security
• Work extensively on website optimization techniques
• Designing & maintenance of Monitoring & Backup Systems
• Passion and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Responsible enough to ensure customers have the best experience possible
• Hunger for learning & the ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Knowledge in Apache, Tomcat, DNS, Mailservers, Loadbalancer, RAID etc
• Excellent Knowledge in Web Hosting Control Panels like Cpanel, Plesk, Direct Admin, Webmin.
• Experience in REST with JSON, and developing APIs.
• Implementing server-side code and designing the data architecture using modern web frameworks.
