Senior DevOps Engineer – Solution Integration

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will spearhead Alepo’s infrastructure automation and deployment strategies across our global telecommunications solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned technical professional with solid expertise in cloud technologies and a proven track record of implementing robust DevOps practices.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will develop and execute comprehensive automation strategies, focusing on continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), infrastructure as code, and maintaining high-availability systems. You will work closely with the Development and Operations teams to streamline deployment processes, optimize system performance, and implement scalable cloud solutions for Alepo’s diverse telecom products.

In this technical leadership role, you will leverage your deep understanding of cloud architectures and DevOps methodologies to enhance our deployment capabilities for 5G, 4G, LTE, and other telecom services. The ideal candidate will possess strong automation skills, demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, and show proficiency in orchestrating complex cloud infrastructures while maintaining a proven track record of improving deployment efficiency and system reliability.

Skill Set:

• Basic understanding of the Linux commands
• Knowledge of Microsoft, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/Git (CI/CD), OpenStack
• Scripting languages: Bash, Python, Perl, MySQL, Shell Scripting, Ansible
• Automation tools: Ansible, Chef, Puppet
• Third-party tools: Icinga, Collectd, Graphite, Eclipse, Jmeter, and POSTMAN
• Robot Framework
• Jira and Confluence

Education

B.Tech/B. E/MCA Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electronics or Telecommunications from an accredited college or technical institute.

Industry Experience

4-6 years

Responsibilities

• Follow SI processes strictly
• Knows and follows the patch/build installation process
• Troubleshoot 100% of issues assigned on JIRA related to installing/configuring/testing Alepo products
• Follow the best practices of DevOps
• Work on multiple projects and support activities

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/cloud technologies
• Experience in automation and deployment pipelines
• Knowledge of security best practices
• Understanding of microservices architecture

Good to Have

• Prior experience in the telecommunications industry and software sector.
• Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
• Knowledge of 5G/4G/LTE technologies
