Overview
You're the type of DevOps engineer who doesn't merely maintain systems; you architect them to be resilient from the ground up. If you find satisfaction in dissecting complicated legacy environments, engineering superior architectures, and automating every manual process you come across, this opportunity is designed for you. We need a DevOps and AWS infrastructure specialist who excels under pressure, where 99.9% uptime is the baseline expectation. Your work will span a portfolio of acquired products, each presenting unique challenges, as you migrate them into a unified, scalable AWS infrastructure while implementing monitoring and automation that preemptively prevents incidents.
Most organizations ask you to support one environment. We expect you to unify and enhance multiple environments without service disruption. Where others separate databases, we take a different approach, strategically consolidating them to maximize cost efficiency and operational simplicity across our entire portfolio. This position isn't suited for someone content with maintaining the status quo; it's meant for someone who encounters a disjointed, inconsistent environment and immediately envisions how to transform it.
You'll be accountable for everything from infrastructure migrations to AI-powered automation, performance optimization, database transitions, and cost management. This means identifying and resolving existing issues, orchestrating cloud migrations that achieve near-zero downtime, and leveraging AI/ML-powered workflows to automate significant portions of your workload. You'll possess genuine decision-making authority over infrastructure choices—no prolonged waits for sign-off from stakeholders disconnected from technical realities.
If you're a self-directed problem-solver who enjoys unraveling complex architectures and making them operate flawlessly, this role will be exceptionally rewarding. If you require constant guidance, become overwhelmed managing diverse technology stacks, or favor greenfield projects over bringing structure to disorder, this isn't the right fit. If you're prepared to assume ownership of a high-impact infrastructure position with opportunities to build, refine, and automate at scale, submit your application today!

- Experience managing and migrating production databases with multiple engines (including MySql, Postgres, Oracle, MS-SQL)
- Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)
