AbouttheRole:We are actively seeking a Senior DevOps System Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the adoption of DevOps best practices, drive continuous integration and delivery, and contribute to the design and maintenance of scalable infrastructure. You will work across multiple technologies such as OpenStack, AWS, GitHub, Maven, and Docker, fostering a DevOps mindset across the organization.

KeyResponsibilities:

1) Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for scalable and automated deployments.

2) Develop and integrate new software features using Agile methodologies.

3) Enable and manage DevOps pipelines and deployment strategies.

4) Manage user accounts, permissions, and access policies.

5) Define and implement backup, disaster recovery, and bulk storage procedures.

6) Conduct system reboots, hardware replacements, and regular system maintenance.

7) Utilize and coordinate the following tools and platforms:

a) CI/CD Tools: CircleCI, Jenkins

b) Source Control: GitHub, GitLab

c) Build Tools: Maven, Ant

d) Scripting Languages: Bash, Shell, Ruby

8. Operating Systems Linux/Unix8) Handle routine AWS cloud operations.

9)Promote and integrate DevOps practices across development and operations teams.

10)Ensure the platform's overall health, performance, and security.

11)Propose and implement scalable solutions for large and complex systems.

12)Support field engineers remotely and assist with system troubleshooting.

13)Apply updates, patches, and OS upgrades as required.

14)Collaborate with cross-functional teams for capacity planning and scaling.

15)Manage multiple environments (Development, Staging, Production).

16)Attend training sessions and stay current with evolving technologies.

#Requirements:

2–7 years of relevant DevOps experience in development and production environments.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure preferred).

Experience with Big Data tools and technologies (Hadoop, Hive, HBase, etc.).

Exposure to Jenkins deployments on Hadoop clusters.Proficiency in Kafka and Azure cloud services.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Familiarity with data science tools is a plus (e.g., Hadoop, Apache, SAS, BigML, MATLAB, D3.js).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹383,496.62 - ₹1,276,280.42 per year
