Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Embedded Engineer with around 6-7 years of expertise in embedded system design, development, and debugging. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with electronic components such as MOSFETs, transistors, switches, and sensors, and must be proficient in embedded programming (e.g., C/C++).

The role requires the ability to take full ownership of tasks, and contribute to designing custom PCB board. A strong grasp of schematic design and the ability to either create or interpret complex circuit diagrams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Design, develop, test, and debug embedded systems for custom hardware products.
•     Write efficient and reliable embedded code (e.g., in C/C++) for microcontrollers and other platforms.
•     Work with and integrate electronic components such as MOSFETs, transistors, relays, sensors, and switches.
•     Read, understand, and/or create schematic circuit designs for embedded hardware.
•     Collaborate with hardware design teams for schematic and PCB development.
•     Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and reviews as needed.
•     Participate in system-level design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
•     Drive technical solutions independently and take full responsibility for assigned deliverables.
•     Work on building and prototyping robotic and electro-mechanical systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•     Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
•     7+ years of hands-on experience in embedded systems development.
•     Strong proficiency in embedded programming using C/C++.
•     In-depth understanding of electronics, especially MOSFETs, BJTs, switches, sensors, etc.
•     Ability to create and interpret schematic designs and circuit diagrams.
•     Hands-on experience with debugging and diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, JTAG, etc.).
•     Strong problem-solving skills and fast learning ability.
•     Ability to lead a team and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
•     Experience in designing and prototyping machines (robotics/automation) is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
