Overview
About the Role:
As a Senior Enterprise Software Engineer, this candidate will provide services to the GBS unit creating, editing, running and QA of log files for integrations supporting Human Resources and downstream systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, maintain and support all Workday integrations using the suite of Workday integration tools, including but not limited to studio, connectors and PECI files.
- Support mass change imports using Workday EIBs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective integration solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations.
- Partner with appropriate teams for unit, system and UAT testing.
- Provide on-going support and collaboration with required business units, including but not limited to planning, validation, testing and service updates.
- Support deployment strategies and execution.
- Ensure data integrity and privacy at the highest levels.
- Provide advanced technical support to resolve user issues.
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years working with PECI, PICOF and studio integrations and must.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, HR and/or Business preferred.
- Working knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of Workday specific experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday Studio, XSLT transformations, Document Transformations, Workday custom reports and Workday Payroll Connectors.
- Expertise in identifying and resolving complex software issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Provide high-quality support and resolve complex user issues.
- Strong attention to detail.
