What you’ll do-

Responsibilities

In your role as Senior Developer & Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading the team taking full accountability on the design, coding, testing, and quality assurance in the development team. You will assess and solve issues in new or existing code, and work with high attention to detail, reliability, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with your team members and other stakeholders such as product managers, user experience colleagues and others to ensure the success of the product. In your day-to-day work, you will:

• Perform all development activities by taking end-to-end ownership of features from design and development through to deployment and ensure quality of the product is maintained.
• Gather and groom requirements to design and develop the cloud service in collaboration with others in a cross-functional team.
• Write clean and well-tested code. Follow laid down processes and guidelines for ensuring thorough code reviews and code check-ins on time
• Work on any incidents that may be reported by customers or by internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with other developers and architects from the team to ensure that the best design is adopted for all new feature development activities.
• Lead and provide guidance to other members of the team – technical guidance and assistance with processes and learning
• As scrum master, drive scrum rituals in the team and assist the team in ensuring that sprint goals are met by unblocking them as needed

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English
• Good interpersonal skills needed to lead teams
• Programming experience in Java and Springboot
• Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Programming principles and design patterns
• Knowledge of front-end development using javascript, SAPUI5 and React
• Sound knowledge on SQL and databases like HANA and PostGres
• Working knowledge of Rest Web Services
• Knowledge of automation test frameworks is an advantage
  
  

Meet your team-

Together with your team, you will be working on the Analytics Content Network (ACN) that is used in different SAP cloud analytics solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Data Warehouse Cloud and most recently the SAP Business Data Cloud. The ACN team is responsible for developing end to end platform services. In particular, the team focuses on building the framework for the Analytics Content Network to deliver predefined or standard content and perform lifecycle management of analytical content across cloud tenants in the different cloud offerings on different platforms including SAP BTP & Cloud Foundry – AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud, etc.
