Roslis is a leading ladies' top wear brand revolutionizing fashion with technology. We are expanding our IT department and looking for an innovative Full Stack Developer who actively integrates advanced AI tools into their workflow to enhance efficiency, speed, and innovation. If you are using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Replit, Bolt New, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI-assisted coding platforms, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Roslis website using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) while leveraging AI-powered development tools.
• Oversee database architecture, cloud services, and infrastructure to ensure scalability and performance.
• Implement AI-driven coding, debugging, and automation techniques to accelerate software development.
• Lead the development of the iOS & Android app using React Native, ensuring smooth integration of native functionalities like push notifications and camera access.
• Handle commission tracking and payout verification systems as per admin approvals.
• Develop and maintain APIs to support various business operations, including AI-powered ad scheduling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all digital platforms.
• Ensure data security, backup, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to improve the digital experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, and database management (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Mandatory experience in using AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Replit, Bolt New, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI-assisted platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or other serverless architectures).
• Hands-on experience in mobile-friendly web development and native app functionalities.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across various platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Passion for AI-driven automation and staying ahead of tech trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce platforms and membership-based systems.
• Prior work in AI-driven design or development automation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
