Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Team Lead Full Stack Developer to lead our development team and drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions. As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. - Lead a team of full stack developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
- Architect and design complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to address them
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and development methodologies within the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and ensure seamless deployment
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in full stack development and share knowledge with the team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Solid understanding of server-side development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Leadership experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
