Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll serve as a technical pillar—driving the architecture, design, and execution of complex features across both frontend and backend. You will be responsible for turning vision into scalable, production-grade systems. With an ownership mindset, you’ll collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and champion modern engineering practices that fuel innovation and reliability in our robotic platforms.
1. End-to-End Product Engineering

Own the full software development lifecycle—from high-level architecture down to implementation and delivery.

Develop intuitive user interfaces and seamless backend services that interface with real-time robotic systems and external platforms.

Align tech decisions with business objectives while maintaining a balance between speed and scalability.
2. System Architecture & Design

Architect scalable, maintainable, and loosely-coupled systems across services and applications.

Design and implement modular frontend architectures (micro frontends /design systems) and distributed backend systems using service-oriented or edge-compute approaches.

Define and maintain best practices around code structure, dependency management, and performance benchmarks—especially within monorepos.
3. DevOps, Deployment & Reliability

Champion modern DevOps culture—owning CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code workflows.

Leverage Docker and Nginx to build portable, production-ready deployments with advanced routing, caching, and load-balancing setups.

Ensure high system uptime, observability (logs, metrics, traces), and quick rollback strategies for mission-critical deployments.
4. Code Excellence & Quality Engineering

Uphold code quality through code reviews, design patterns, automated tests (unit/integration/E2E), and thorough documentation.

Implement fail-safe data handling, robust error boundaries, retry logic, and circuit breakers for distributed systems.

Drive performance optimization initiatives including bundle analysis, caching strategies, lazy loading, API efficiency, and DB query optimization.
5. Collaboration, Leadership & Mentorship

Act as a tech lead on cross-functional projects—aligning with product, design, and hardware teams.

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pair programming, design reviews, and regular feedback loops.

Create a collaborative, feedback-rich, and innovation-driven environment that promotes growth and learning.
6. Innovation & Future-Proofing

Stay on the edge of emerging technologies and help evaluate tools that improve developer experience and system capabilities.

Advocate and implement cutting-edge tools and frameworks such as TanStack (React Query, Table, Router), Bun, Turborepo, and Hono for long-term sustainability and developer efficiency.

Influence roadmap decisions with technical insights, industry trends, and trade-off evaluations.
Core Technical Skills

xFrontend: React ecosystem, TanStack Suite (React Query, Router, Table), component-based architecture, TypeScript.

Backend: REST APIs, WebSockets, authentication/authorization, modern runtimes like Bun/Node, lightweight frameworks like Hono.

DevOps: Docker, Ngin, GitOps, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.), infra-as-code (Terraform/CDK).

Monorepo & Tooling: Turborepo, NX or similar, module federation, advanced caching strategies.

Databases: NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis), ORM tools (Prisma/Drizzle).

Testing: Vitest, Jest, Playwright/Cypress, integration suites, contract testing.
Bonus Skills

Experience integrating with real-time robotic systems or IoT devices.
