Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in Node.js for backend and React for frontend development. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development of complex web applications, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
• Architect backend services and APIs with efficient, secure, and scalable code.
• Build responsive UI components with modern React patterns and hooks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers for seamless feature delivery.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize application performance.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
• Review code, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose ways to incorporate them when appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of full stack development experience, with strong proficiency in:
• Node.js, Express.js for backend services
• React.js, Redux (or other state management), and modern front-end development
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
• Solid understanding of application security, performance, and scalability best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with GraphQL is a plus.

Candidates with Experience below 1.5yrs will not be accepted.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
