Job Title: Full Stack Developer (UI/UX Expertise) – 6–10 Years Experience

About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience who is equally skilled in front-end/back-end development and UI/UX design. This role requires a unique blend of technical and creative abilities to build highly functional and visually compelling applications that deliver outstanding user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications.
- Lead UI/UX design efforts, creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs aligned with business and user needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Develop reusable components and maintain design consistency across applications.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in both development and design.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks: React and Angular.
- Solid experience in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Back-end development experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET Core.
- Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience designing design systems or component libraries.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks: Vue.js.
- Familiarity with microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to user research and A/B testing practices.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform).
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and cross-platform compatibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Design, or related field.
- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development and UI/UX design.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design and development projects is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
