About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and stable Senior Full Stack Developer with 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend developmentskills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle client communications confidently. This is a full-time, in-house opportunity at our Mohali office.

You will lead project execution, collaborate across teams, and work on end-to-end web application development using Node.js, PHP, React.js, TypeScript along with cloud services like AWS and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full stack web applications
• Build scalable and secure backend systems using Node.js, PHP, and modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Express.js)
• Work with frontend technologies such as React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and CMS platforms
• Handle client communications for requirements, updates, and feedback
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior team members, and ensure high coding standards
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality outputs
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and version control
• Work with AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) for scalable hosting
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, performance, and security

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in full stack web development
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, PHP, React.js, and TypeScript
• Good understanding of CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS solutions
• Proficient in REST APIs, Microservices, and scalable backend architecture
• Hands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies
• Experience with AWS or other cloud service providers
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle client communications directly
• Stable job history with a commitment to long-term career growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of Docker and container-based development
• Exposure to GraphQL, Redis, and MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools
• Experience working with versioned APIs, payment gateways, or authentication modules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
