Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain software applications
2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
4. Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise
5. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
6. Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies continuously to maximize development efficiency
7. Improve the company's software development processes and best practices continuously
8. Participate in client meetings, understand their requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
9. Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards
10. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

1. At least a year of experience in software development

2. Strong experience with Python, Django, Postgres, and ReactJS

3. Strong understanding of software development best practices and principles

4. Strong experience with Agile development methodologies

5. Strong experience with Git and version control

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

7. Strong communication and teamwork skills

8. Strong written and verbal communication skills

9. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field

10. Experience with orchestration platforms like Zapier, Monday, and Temporal is a plus

11. Candidates from Tier-1 institutions (such as IITs, NITs, IIITs) are preferred
