Senior Full Stack Developer – React.js, Python, SQL

Role &; Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web features across React front-end and
Node.js/Java Spring Boot back-end services.
Create RESTful and GraphQL APIs integrating relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring
security, scalability, and 99.9% uptime.
Build responsive UI components, manage state, and automate unit/integration tests for
pixel-perfect experiences.
Improve application performance through profiling, caching, and automated CI/CD pipelines,
shortening release cycles.
Collaborate with Product, UX, and DevOps teams to translate business goals into technical
solutions and release plans.
Champion coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and mentor junior developers within
agile ceremonies.
Skills & Qualifications
Frontend: React.js with shadcn, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS
Backend: Python (Flask/FastAPI)
Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB
API Integration: REST APIs
Version Control: Git, GitHub
Testing: Jest, PyTest, Postman, Swagger
Deployment: Docker, CI/CD, Linux scripting
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
4–8 years full-stack experience with React.Js and Python and SQL.
Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks.
Deep understanding of RESTful principles, JSON, JWT/OAuth2 authentication, and web
security best practices.
Advanced SQL skills with MySQL/PostgreSQL and exposure to MongoDB or similar NoSQL
stores.
Hands-on with Git workflows, Jenkins/GitHub Actions pipelines, and containerization using Docker.
Ability to work on-site in Bangalore and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
Preferred
Knowledge of GraphQL, Redux Toolkit, or Next.js for server-side rendering.
Experience with AWS or Azure services such as ECS, Lambda, or App Service.
Familiarity with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and observability stacks like
Prometheus/Grafana.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
