Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Fullstack .NET Developer to join our high-performing engineering team at NCG. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications by leveraging both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our business processes and customer experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute across the full development lifecycle—from conceptualization and design to deployment and support—while maintaining high standards of code quality and best practices. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and intuitive interfaces
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Work with databases such as MS SQL Server and MySQL to manage and retrieve data efficiently
• Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and unit testing
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies for implementation
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices and actively contribute to team meetings and sprint planning
• Maintain proper version control and CI/CD processes using tools like Git and Azure DevOps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development using ASP.NET and C#
• Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Angular or React (Angular preferred)
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and Microservice architectures
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework)
• Solid experience with MS SQL Server and MySQL
• Version control proficiency using Git and familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
