Senior Game Developer

About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Game Developer to join our core team at Fizzle Pop Games. You’ll play a key role in developing our upcoming casual titles and shaping the foundation of our studio’s tech and development practices.

As part of a small, creative team, you'll work closely with artists, designers, and producers to turn concepts into polished, engaging gameplay experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain casual mobile and PC games using Unity
• Collaborate with designers and artists to implement features and mechanics
• Optimize games for performance and cross-platform deployment
• Establish and maintain clean, scalable code architecture
• Guide junior developers and help build a strong tech culture within the team
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and feature testing
• Stay updated with industry trends and suggest improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game development
• Strong proficiency in Unity and C#
• A solid portfolio of shipped games, preferably casual titles
• Experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and/or PC game development
• Understanding of game optimization, asset management, and performance tuning
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for casual games and player experience
• Familiarity with backend systems and multiplayer integration
• Experience with analytics, live ops, or monetization systems
• Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and agile workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
