About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our core identity, productivity, and security platforms. You will be the go-to expert for Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, Okta, 1Password, and Identity Provider (IDP) integrations — ensuring seamless access, strong security posture, and excellent employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) including user provisioning, group policies, conditional access rules, and Microsoft API enforcement.
• Manage Google Workspace admin console - user lifecycle, OU structures, Google Groups, Drive policies, and license management.
• Own the Okta environment include SSO app integrations, MFA policies, lifecycle management workflows, and SCIM provisioning.
• Administer the 1Password Business platform - vault governance, team access policies, secret sharing rules, and compliance reporting.
• Configure and maintain IDP integrations (SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth) for SaaS and internal applications.
• Microsoft API configuration for the Application automation.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding workflows across all platforms in coordination with HR and IT teams.
• Monitor identity security events, respond to access anomalies, and enforce least privilege access principles.
• Document configurations, runbooks, and access policies to maintain an audit-ready environment.
• Collaborate with security, DevOps, and business stakeholders for access reviews and compliance audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Evaluate and onboard new SaaS applications with appropriate SSO and IDP integration.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues, sync failures, and access escalations from end users and IT helpdesk.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in IT administration with a focus on identity and access management.
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID - user management, RBAC, Conditional Access, PIM.
• Solid experience administering Google Workspace (Admin console, APIs, Google Groups, Vault).
• Working knowledge of Okta administration — workflows, universal directory, lifecycle management, app integrations.
• Experience managing 1Password Business or similar enterprise password management solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0 protocols and federated identity concepts.
• Familiarity with SCIM provisioning and automated user lifecycle management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global SaaS company environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Intune / MDM platforms for device compliance policies.
• Knowledge of PowerShell or Python scripting for identity automation.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Okta Certified Administrator or Microsoft Azure AD / Identity certifications.
• Experience with JumpCloud, Duo Security, or similar IDPs.
