Job Title: Senior IT Engineer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated ability to use problem solving techniques such as root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of PC & Server hardware, Peripherals, and Networking Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Identifying potential issues with computer systems and providing technical support to end users including troubleshooting any reported problems.
• Document the Designs and Runbooks. Provide guidance and share knowledge with other members of the team.
• Participate in various projects intended to continually improve or upgrade the infrastructure.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Design, build, deploy and maintain infrastructure solutions through collaborative efforts with the team and third-party vendors.

Technical Skills:

• Scripting (bash, PowerShell, Yaml, Python, JavaScript) Good knowledge of Windows and Linux OS family Experience with cloud technologies Like AWS, Azure, GCP
• Knowledge of the latest technologies on VMware, xen-orchestrator Good Knowledge on DevOps and Automation tools (Git / GitHub Action / Jenkins / Ansible Tower / Chef Infra / Puppet / Nagios / Docker / Kubernetes) Microsoft Windows Active Directory networks including Hybrid (Azure AD), Directory Services, DNS, DHCP, DGPO and
• Security Knowledge of network services and protocols such as DNS, DHCP, WINS, SMTP, FTP, Active Directory management, Group Policy management, VPN, RDP, Wi-Fi.
• Experience with RMAs, TSRs, iDRAC, DellOpenManage Etc.

Must have skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Multitasking Flexibility to work weekends/rotational shifts/ Late night customer calls.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, technology operation environment.
• Self-Learning and adaptability to new technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
