An IT Support Executive is responsible for providing technical assistance to users and resolving IT-related issues, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and maintaining a positive user experience. They handle hardware, software, and network problems, install and configure systems, and offer troubleshooting support.

• Network Management: Understanding and managing network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and VPNs.
• Server Administration: Managing and maintaining servers, including hardware and software.
• Cybersecurity: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect data and systems from threats.
• Data Management: Managing and protecting data, including backups and data recovery.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud services and platforms.
• IT Policy Implementation: Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
