Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Executive with 1-2 years of experience in Logics ERP, Unicommerce, and System Navigation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting IT systems, ensuring smooth operations across all platforms, and supporting business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot Logics ERP for inventory, billing, and financial operations.
• Operate and support Unicommerce for order processing, warehouse management, and logistics.
• Ensure smooth system navigation across different platforms and software.
• Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving IT-related queries.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including POS systems, software, and networks.
• Ensure system integration between Logics, Unicommerce, and other platforms.
• Conduct regular data backups and security checks to prevent system failures.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for software updates and troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT documentation, reports, and issue logs for future reference.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in ERP Systems, E-commerce Platforms, or IT Support are a plus.

Required Tools & Skills:

• ERP Systems: Logics ERP (Inventory, Billing, Finance)
• E-commerce Platforms: Unicommerce (Order & Warehouse Management)
• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
• Networking: TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, Firewall Management
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
• Technical Skills: System Troubleshooting, Data Management, IT Support
• Security & Backup Tools: Antivirus, Cloud Backup Solutions
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills for system navigation and troubleshooting

Experience Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support, ERP systems, or e-commerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Logics ERP, Unicommerce, and system navigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve IT issues efficiently.
