Senior IT Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day IT operations, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Plan and execute IT projects (infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, etc.).
• Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Collaborate with management to identify and implement technology solutions for business growth.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage relationships with external IT service providers.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, reliability, and security.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, security protocols, and infrastructure.
• Experience in managing IT projects and Dialer knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
