Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer with 5-10 years of expertise in software development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java programming and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that meet the needs of our clients. The Senior Java Developer will also mentor junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall software architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from concept through delivery and maintenance.
• Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the functionality and stability of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and assist in their career development.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vu
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
• Previous experience in leadership or mentoring roles.
