Senior Java Developer

We’re seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a fast-paced, collaborative engineering team focused on building scalable and cloud-native backend solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, requiring regular presence in the office.

As part of this team, you’ll contribute to the development of cutting-edge services powering communication platforms used by millions of users worldwide. We're looking for someone who thrives in a modern, cloud-first environment and is passionate about clean, maintainable code.

Your tasks

• Designing and developing scalable and resilient microservices using Java 8
• Collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and QA engineers in an Agile setup
• Deploying and maintaining cloud-native applications in AWS environments
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across staging and production
• Optimizing system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Integrating services with databases and third-party systems using industry best practices

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in backend software development
• Strong knowledge and production experience with Java 8
• Proven expertise in microservices architecture (must-have)
• Solid understanding of AWS and cloud-native application design
• Exposure to Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, or Redis is a strong advantage
• Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid setup from our Bangalore office
