📌 About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong 5+ years expertise in Core Java (Java 8 or above) to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in multithreading, concurrency, and collections, with a proven background in building scalable and high-performance applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on front-office applications in the Investment Banking domain.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance Java applications for the investment banking sector.
- Apply strong knowledge of multithreading and concurrency for low-latency systems.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and performance tuning.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and secure development principles.
- Strong Core Java (Java 8 or above)
- Expertise in Multithreading, Collections, and Concurrency
- Hands-on experience with low-latency or high-performance systems
- Strong understanding of OOPs concepts and design principles
- Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience working in Agile methodology
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Exposure to Investment Banking / Financial Services domain
- Familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, and messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, etc.)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Pune (Work from Office / Hybrid as per project requirement)
